Subscription Terms & Conditions

• Subscription Type: This is a monthly subscription product. Please note that exocad reserves the right to adjust pricing.
• Initial Fee & Billing: Your first payment includes the remote installation and setup fee combined with your first month of usage. Subsequent months will transition to the standard flat monthly fee starting from the second month.
• Minimum Commitment: A minimum subscription period of two (2) months is required.
• Continuous Subscription: This subscription must remain continuous; there is no option to pause or utilize a grace period. If a subscription is canceled and you wish to return later, it cannot be reactivated and must be treated as a completely new license setup.
• Cancellation & Renewal: This product auto-renews. To cancel or opt out of renewal, please notify us via email at least three (3) weeks prior to your renewal date.
• Per-Seat Basis: Each license is strictly dedicated to one user and one computer at a time to ensure optimal performance and data security.
