Why the Lilivis Mill Fits Your Practice

The Lilivis LM-100 addresses the core physical limitations of classic milling units, making in-office manufacturing accessible for space-conscious clinics.

Dual-Craft and Second-Cut Material Efficiency
Optimize your block inventory. The system allows clinicians to process two restorations out of a single block or cleanly save partially used blocks for subsequent single cases, cutting material waste in half.
Compressor-Free Architecture
Traditional mills rely on high-volume, loud external air supply lines. The LM-100 operates on a quiet internal mechanical system that functions via a standard wall outlet.
Rapid Chairside Performance
Convert a chairside digital impression file into a dense, highly precise restoration ready for finishing in about 15 minutes.
Open Ecosystem Integration
Accepts open format .STL files natively from your existing digital intraoral scanner without proprietary file conversion layers.

How the 30-Day Program Operates

Step 1: Deployment
Our technical team manages the physical deployment, software integration, and hands-on team training so your office is active immediately.

Step 2: Evaluation
Utilize the milling system for 30 days within your live clinical schedule. Critique the marginal accuracy, surface finish, and overall workflow speed.

Step 3: Choice at Day 30
If you elect to retain the mill, 100% of your evaluation payment is applied as a direct credit toward the acquisition balance. Otherwise, we collect the unit. You retain all revenues billed during the trial.
Program Terms and Conditions
  • Evaluation & Travel Logistics: The upfront evaluation program fee of $5,000 AUD must be cleared prior to logistics dispatch and training scheduling. Full settlement of the remaining final acquisition balance must be finalized within 15 days following the expiration of the evaluation period. No partial credits, refunds, or product substations will be issued for any unused material components if the unit is returned.
  • Equipment Deinstallation & Returns: If the practice decides the system does not align with their operational workflow, formal notification must be submitted to the support division on or before Day 30. Our logistics division will schedule deinstallation and reverse transport collection, its cost will be charged. The practice retains 100% of the clinical revenue generated from successful patient restorations completed during the 30 days trail.
