 Dental Equipment Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage:

  • Standard Warranty: All dental equipment comes with a standard 1-year warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s policy. This warranty may vary depending on the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Warranty Start Date: The warranty begins on the date of installation or delivery if the equipment is installed remotely.
  • Defect Reporting: Customers must report any defects within 30 days of receiving the equipment. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the defect not being covered under the warranty.
  • Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers all parts and labor required to ensure the equipment functions as promised.

2. Annual Service Plan for Milling Machines

  • Customers can opt for an annual service plan at AUD 1,200 + GST.
  • This plan extends the warranty by one year and includes 10 hours reomte emergency troubleshooting services.
  • Without this plan, remote troubleshooting services are available at AUD 120 + GST per 30 minutes, with a 24-hour response time.

3. Post-Warranty Services

  • After the warranty period, any repairs or services will be charged for both parts and labor.
  • Call-Out Fee: AUD 180 + GST or applicable travel costs.
  • Service Fee: AUD 180 + GST per hour.
  • Parts: Charged separately.
  • Customers with an annual service plan receive a 50% discount on call out fee, 50% discount on service fee, and a 20% discount on parts.

4. Warranty Conditions:

  • Maintenance Compliance: The warranty is contingent upon the customer adhering to the regular maintenance guidelines and using genuine parts and consumables. Failure to do so may result in service refusal and immediate warranty expiration.

5. Exclusions and others

  • This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel.
  • Accidental Damage: Damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under the warranty.
  • Consumable Parts: Parts that naturally wear out over time, such as batteries or cables, are not covered under the standard warranty.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending equipment for warranty service, unless otherwise stated.
  • All information is subject to be changed without notices due to the changes of manufacutuers. 

6. Limitations and Exclusions

  • This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It does not cover any equipment that has been modified or altered without our prior written permission.

7. Governing Law

  • This warranty policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be settled in the courts of New South Wales.
