Gain practical, real-world experience in delivering digital dentures through a comprehensive, workflow-driven program. This 2-day intensive course takes you from case selection and digital scanning through to design, fabrication, and final delivery. Featuring a live patient demonstration, participants will observe and learn how to apply digital denture protocols in a clinical setting, bridging the gap between theory and everyday practice

Course led by Sam Dias- an experienced dental prosthetist with a focus on digital denture systems, this program reflects a commitment to precision, efficiency, and real-world clinical outcomes.

    Observe the clinical workflow applied to a real patient, including clinical decision-making, practical techniques, patient communication and management of challenges in real time.

    Experienced dental prosthetist with a focus on digital denture systems. Sam works in the laboratory and clinically in practice, and is committed to ongoing learning and teaching to remain at the forefront of digital dentistry.

DAY 1 

DATA CAPTURE + LIVE PATIENT DEMO + HANDS-ON IOS SCANNING

  • Translating analogue to digital dentistry

10:30 – 10:50 (20 mins) → Morning Tea Break

10:50 – 12:00 (70 mins) - Scanning Protocols & Clinical Workflows

  • Full denture vs partial denture workflows

  • Difficult case management

  • Minimising scanning errors and patient discomfort

  • Pre-export scan review and quality control

12:00 – 3:00 (180 mins) - LIVE Patient Demonstration + Denture Issue

  • Preparing and reviewing data for design/lab communication

  • Denture issue to the patient at the end of the session
